🥤 Homemade Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients
- Coffee beans 40 g
- Brown sugar 120 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Heavy cream 400 g
- Milk 200 ml
- Korn 250 ml
Instructions
- 1. Put the coffee beans into the mixing container.
- 2. Grind the beans for 4 seconds on speed 8.
- 3. Add the cane sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, and milk.
- 4. Heat the mixture to a boil for 10 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
- 5. Let the mixture steep for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Add the Korn (vodka).
- 7. Mix everything for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 8. Pour the liqueur through a sieve into bottles.
- 9. Store the liqueur in the fridge or serve it immediately.
