🥤 Coffee-Whiskey Truffles

Ingredients
- Chocolate, dark 200 g
- Whipping cream 50 g
- butter 2 tbsp
- whisky 25 ml
- Coffee, instant 1 tbsp
- Chocolate, milk 175 g
- Chocolate, white 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Pour the hot water over the ground coffee in a cup.
- 3. Finely chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
- 4. Bring the cream and butter to a boil in a separate pot.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Stir in 175 grams of the chopped chocolate until melted.
- 7. Add the whiskey and the coffee.
- 8. Place the mixture in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours until firm.
- 9. Beat the cold mixture with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy.
- 10. Form small balls using cold hands or two teaspoons.
- 11. Place the balls in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm them up.
- 12. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
- 13. Chop the milk chocolate.
- 14. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water (water bath).
- 15. Coat the truffles with the melted chocolate.
- 16. Let the excess chocolate drain off.
- 17. Place the truffles on baking paper.
- 18. Melt the white chocolate in the water bath as well.
- 19. Pour the melted white chocolate into a freezer bag.
- 20. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
- 21. Decorate the truffles with fine lines.
- 22. Let the truffles dry completely.
- 23. Store the truffles in a cool place.
