  1. 1. Heat water in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Pour the hot water over the ground coffee in a cup.
  3. 3. Finely chop the dark chocolate into small pieces.
  4. 4. Bring the cream and butter to a boil in a separate pot.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Stir in 175 grams of the chopped chocolate until melted.
  7. 7. Add the whiskey and the coffee.
  8. 8. Place the mixture in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours until firm.
  9. 9. Beat the cold mixture with a hand mixer and a whisk until creamy.
  10. 10. Form small balls using cold hands or two teaspoons.
  11. 11. Place the balls in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm them up.
  12. 12. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
  13. 13. Chop the milk chocolate.
  14. 14. Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over the hot water (water bath).
  15. 15. Coat the truffles with the melted chocolate.
  16. 16. Let the excess chocolate drain off.
  17. 17. Place the truffles on baking paper.
  18. 18. Melt the white chocolate in the water bath as well.
  19. 19. Pour the melted white chocolate into a freezer bag.
  20. 20. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
  21. 21. Decorate the truffles with fine lines.
  22. 22. Let the truffles dry completely.
  23. 23. Store the truffles in a cool place.
