🥤 Coffee Panna Cotta with Cherries

Ingredients
- leaf gelatin 3 pcs
- whipping cream 400 g
- coffee, instant 2 tbsp
- sugar 60 g
- sour cherries in jar 200 g
- cornstarch 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Place the leaf gelatin in a bowl of cold water for a few minutes.
- 2. Heat the cream in a pot over low heat.
- 3. Add the coffee powder and 40 grams of sugar to the warm cream.
- 4. Let the mixture steep for about 10 minutes.
- 5. Squeeze the soaked gelatin lightly.
- 6. Stir the gelatin into the warm cream until it has completely dissolved.
- 7. Pour the coffee mixture through a sieve into four molds.
- 8. Place the molds in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- 9. Place the cherries in a sieve and catch the juice in a bowl.
- 10. Mix 4 tablespoons of cherry juice with cornstarch in a small bowl.
- 11. Bring the remaining cherry liquid to a boil in a pot together with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 12. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the boiling liquid.
- 13. Add the cherries and let the mixture simmer for about 1 minute until it thickens slightly.
- 14. Let the cherries cool down a bit.
- 15. Carefully turn out the panna cotta from the molds onto the plates.
- 16. Decorate the plates with the cherries.
