  1. 1. Bring water to a boil in a pot. Then add milk, coffee, cocoa powder, and honey. Stir in sugar to taste. Mix everything well and let it cool down. Pour the mixture into ice molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. To serve, heat about 200 ml of water in a pot. Coarsely chop the white chocolate and melt it in a metal bowl over the water bath. Carefully remove the coffee ice cream from the molds and drizzle the melted white chocolate over the ice cream with a spoon. Enjoy your meal!
