Ingredients
- red bell pepper 1 pc
- fresh parsley 5 g
- fresh basil 5 g
- curd cheese 200 g
- sweet paprika powder 0.5 tsp
- wheat flour, Type 550 4 tbsp
- salt pinch
- ground black pepper pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half.
- 3. Remove the tough stem and the inner core.
- 4. Dice the pepper flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the parsley and basil.
- 6. Shake the herbs dry.
- 7. Pluck the leaves off the stems.
- 8. Finely chop the herbs.
- 9. Place curd cheese into a bowl.
- 10. Add the chopped herbs.
- 11. Add the diced peppers.
- 12. Add paprika powder to the bowl.
- 13. Add flour to the bowl.
- 14. Stir all ingredients well.
- 15. Season the mixture with salt.
- 16. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 17. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 18. Set the heat to medium-high.
- 19. Take two tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
- 20. Place the mixture into the hot pan.
- 21. Press the mixture into a round patty.
- 22. Fry the patty on the first side.
- 23. Fry for about four minutes.
- 24. Flip the patty.
- 25. Fry the second side until golden yellow.
- 26. Remove the patty from the pan.
- 27. Serve the patty warm.
