  1. 1. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, and honey to a small bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk the ingredients well with a fork or spoon until the honey is dissolved.
  3. 3. Slowly pour in the olive oil while stirring constantly until the dressing is creamy.
  4. 4. Cut the onion in half and remove the outer skin.
  5. 5. Slice the peeled onion into very thin rings.
  6. 6. Thoroughly wash the grapes under running water.
  7. 7. Cut the washed grapes in half.
  8. 8. Wash the chives and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut the dry chives into small, fine rings.
  10. 10. Cut the cheese into uniform small cubes.
  11. 11. Place the walnuts in a dry frying pan.
  12. 12. Toast the walnuts over low heat for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  13. 13. Remove the pan from the heat and let the walnuts cool for a moment.
  14. 14. Add the cheese cubes, onion rings, grapes, and chives to a large mixing bowl.
  15. 15. Pour the prepared dressing over the ingredients.
  16. 16. Add the toasted walnuts.
  17. 17. Toss everything gently until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
