  6. 6. Fill the olives into small bowls.
  7. 7. Portion the mustard sauce into teaspoons.
  8. 8. Place the mild cheese on the platter first.
  9. 9. Arrange the remaining cheese varieties attractively on the platter.
  10. 10. Place the grapes between the cheese varieties.
  11. 11. Distribute the olives and bread chips on the platter.
  12. 12. Place the mustard sauce evenly in between.
  13. 13. Serve the platter with a glass of wine and baguette.
