Ingredients
- Gruyere cheese block 100 g
- Goat Gouda 50 g
- Roviner 100 g
- Brie 100 g
- Walnut cheese 60 g
- Blue cheese 80 g
- Flower cheese 100 g
- Grapes, light 150 g
- Olives, green 100 g
- Mustard sauce 4 tbsp
- Mini bread chips 100 g
- Baguette 1 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Take all cheese varieties out of their packaging.
- 2. Let the cheese sit at room temperature for one hour.
- 3. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the grapes dry with a cloth.
- 5. Divide the grapes into small clusters.
- 6. Fill the olives into small bowls.
- 7. Portion the mustard sauce into teaspoons.
- 8. Place the mild cheese on the platter first.
- 9. Arrange the remaining cheese varieties attractively on the platter.
- 10. Place the grapes between the cheese varieties.
- 11. Distribute the olives and bread chips on the platter.
- 12. Place the mustard sauce evenly in between.
- 13. Serve the platter with a glass of wine and baguette.
