Ingredients
- Organic lemons 1 pc.
- Cream cheese, plain 300 g
- Milk 300 ml
- Icing sugar 100 g
- Vanilla sugar 1 packet
- Korn 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon thoroughly.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 3. Place cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, the lemon zest, and grain alcohol into the mixing container.
- 4. Mix the ingredients for 30 seconds on level 4.
- 5. Rinse a bottle (700 milliliters) with hot water.
- 6. Pour the liqueur into the prepared bottle.
- 7. Store the liqueur in the refrigerator until serving.
- 8. Shake the liqueur well before enjoying.
