🍰 Mandarin Cheesecake

Ingredients
- butter cookies 200 g
- butter 150 g
- mandarins from the can 300 g
- milk 600 ml
- vanilla pudding powder 2 packets
- quark, low-fat 1 kg
- sugar 200 g
- eggs 2 pcs.
- oil 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them finely.
- 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
- 4. Mix the melted butter with the biscuit crumbs.
- 5. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan firmly.
- 6. Drain the mandarin oranges in a sieve and set them aside.
- 7. Whisk milk, pudding powder, quark, sugar, eggs, and oil in a bowl until smooth.
- 8. Gently fold half of the mandarin oranges into the quark mixture.
- 9. Spread the quark mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
- 10. Arrange the remaining mandarin oranges in a circle on the surface.
- 11. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven.
- 12. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- 13. Carefully release the cake from the springform pan.
- 14. Cut the cake into portions and serve.
