  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them finely.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  4. 4. Mix the melted butter with the biscuit crumbs.
  5. 5. Press the biscuit mixture into the bottom of a springform pan firmly.
  6. 6. Drain the mandarin oranges in a sieve and set them aside.
  7. 7. Whisk milk, pudding powder, quark, sugar, eggs, and oil in a bowl until smooth.
  8. 8. Gently fold half of the mandarin oranges into the quark mixture.
  9. 9. Spread the quark mixture evenly over the biscuit base.
  10. 10. Arrange the remaining mandarin oranges in a circle on the surface.
  11. 11. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes in the oven.
  12. 12. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  13. 13. Carefully release the cake from the springform pan.
  14. 14. Cut the cake into portions and serve.
