Ingredients
- Walnut kernels 100 g
- Chocolate, dark 200 g
- butter 200 g
- Sugar 200 g
- Vanilla sugar 2 tsp
- Eggs 5 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Wheat flour, Type 405 180 g
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Cream cheese, plain 500 g
Instructions
- 1. Line a large baking dish with baking paper.
- 2. Put walnuts into the mixing container and chop them for 3 seconds on speed 5.
- 3. Pour the chopped walnuts into a bowl.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Put chocolate into the mixing container and chop it for 7 seconds on speed 8.
- 6. Scrape down the sides of the container with a spatula.
- 7. Add 130 grams of butter, 100 grams of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.
- 8. Melt the mixture for 6 minutes at 50 degrees Celsius on speed 2.
- 9. Add the walnuts, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt, 180 grams of flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
- 10. Mix everything for 15 seconds on speed 4.
- 11. Pour about two-thirds of the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- 12. Pour the remaining batter into a separate bowl.
- 13. Clean the mixing container thoroughly.
- 14. Put 70 grams of butter, 100 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, and 2 eggs into the clean container.
- 15. Mix the ingredients for 2 minutes at 37 degrees Celsius on speed 4.
- 16. Add cream cheese and mix for 20 seconds on speed 3.
- 17. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter in the dish.
- 18. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top of the cheesecake layer.
- 19. Swirl the layers roughly with a knife or spoon to create a marbled effect.
- 20. Bake the brownies for about 40 minutes.
- 21. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and let it cool down.
- 22. Cut the brownies into 20 pieces.
- 23. Serve them and enjoy.
