🥗 Cheese Grape Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- dark wine grapes 200 g
- light wine grapes 200 g
- s salad mix 200 g
- Gouda, medium-aged block 100 g
- celeriac 0.25 pc.
- walnut kernels 4 tbsp
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- light balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- black ground pepper pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the grapes thoroughly and cut them in half. Clean the lettuce and let it drain. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut it into cubes. Wash the celery and slice it thinly.
- 2. In a pan, toast the walnuts over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown, then roughly chop them.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper, then combine everything with the dressing. Serve the cheese grape salad with walnuts.
