🍳 Cheese-Ham Pancakes with Chive Cream

Ingredients
- Eggs 4 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- Salt pinch
- Milk 300 ml
- Oil 8 tbsp
- Chives, fresh 5 g
- Cream cheese, plain 100 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- Mini Roma 1 pcs
- Boiled ham 16 slices
- Gouda sliced cheese 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them vigorously.
- 2. Add flour and a pinch of salt, then mix everything well.
- 3. Pour in the milk gradually.
- 4. Stir with a whisk until a smooth and slightly thick batter forms.
- 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
- 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
- 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Carefully flip the pancake.
- 10. Cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
- 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
- 12. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- 13. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 14. Pat the chives dry.
- 15. Slice the chives into fine rings.
- 16. Mix the chives in a bowl with cream cheese.
- 17. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
- 18. Wash the tomato.
- 19. Slice the tomato thinly.
- 20. Remove the lettuce leaves from the stem.
- 21. Wash the lettuce leaves.
- 22. Let the lettuce leaves drain well.
- 23. Spread 1 tablespoon of chive cream on each pancake.
- 24. Place a lettuce leaf on top.
- 25. Add two slices of ham.
- 26. Place one slice of cheese on top.
- 27. Add a few tomato slices.
- 28. Roll up the pancake.
- 29. Serve the pancake.
- 30. Optionally wrap the pancake in cling film.
- 31. Take it as a snack.
