  4. 4. Stir with a whisk until a smooth and slightly thick batter forms.
  5. 5. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  6. 6. Pour a ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  7. 7. Tilt the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  8. 8. Cook the pancake for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  9. 9. Carefully flip the pancake.
  10. 10. Cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
  11. 11. Remove the finished pancake from the pan.
  12. 12. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  13. 13. Wash the chives thoroughly.
  14. 14. Pat the chives dry.
  15. 15. Slice the chives into fine rings.
  16. 16. Mix the chives in a bowl with cream cheese.
  17. 17. Season the cream with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Wash the tomato.
  19. 19. Slice the tomato thinly.
  20. 20. Remove the lettuce leaves from the stem.
  21. 21. Wash the lettuce leaves.
  22. 22. Let the lettuce leaves drain well.
  23. 23. Spread 1 tablespoon of chive cream on each pancake.
  24. 24. Place a lettuce leaf on top.
  25. 25. Add two slices of ham.
  26. 26. Place one slice of cheese on top.
  27. 27. Add a few tomato slices.
  28. 28. Roll up the pancake.
  29. 29. Serve the pancake.
  30. 30. Optionally wrap the pancake in cling film.
