Ingredients
- pickles 2 pcs.
- capers 2 tsp.
- shallots 1 pcs.
- mustard 2 tsp.
- mayonnaise 3 tbsp.
- honey 0.5 tsp.
- paprika, sweet pinch
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- toast bread 8 slices
- butter cheese slices 8 slices
Instructions
- 1. Drain the pickles and capers in a sieve. Halve the shallots, peel them, and dice finely. Chop the pickles small and mince the capers. In a bowl, mix the mustard, mayonnaise, honey, shallots, pickles, capers, paprika powder, salt, and pepper well.
- 2. Toast the toast slices in the toaster. Spread with the relish and place a slice of cheese on each. Enjoy your meal!
