  1. 1. Cut the Camembert into small pieces and mash it in a bowl using a fork. Halve the shallots, peel them, and dice finely.
  2. 2. Mix the mashed Camembert with the cream cheese and shallots, and season with pepper and mustard. Best to place in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes.
  3. 3. Finely chop the almonds and place them in a bowl. Using two teaspoons, form small portions of the cheese mixture into balls and roll them in the chopped almonds. Insert wooden skewers and store the cheese-almond balls cool until serving. Enjoy your meal!
