Ingredients
- watermelon 0.5 pc.
- mini cucumbers 4 pc.
- grapes, dark 150 g
- grapes, light 150 g
- physalis 100 g
- mountain cheese 150 g
- flower cheese 150 g
- Gouda, medium-aged block 150 g
- blue cheese 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Cut the melon flesh into large cubes without cutting through the rind.
- 3. Carefully separate the melon cubes from the rind.
- 4. Wash the cucumber thoroughly.
- 5. Cut the cucumber into large chunks.
- 6. Wash the grapes.
- 7. Halve the grapes if you like.
- 8. Wash the physalis (cape gooseberries).
- 9. Halve the physalis if you like.
- 10. Cut the cheese into large cubes.
- 11. Place a plate on the halved melon.
- 12. Turn the melon over with the plate.
- 13. Thread melon cubes, cucumber chunks, grapes, physalis, and cheese onto skewers.
- 14. Insert the skewers into the inverted melon.
- 15. Keep the cheese hedgehog cool until you serve it.
