  7. 7. Spread the nut mixture flat onto a plate.
  8. 8. Break about 30 grams of saltine crackers in half.
  9. 9. Portion the cheese mixture using a small ice cream scoop.
  10. 10. Shape the portion into a ball.
  11. 11. Roll the ball in the nut mixture.
  12. 12. Skewer the ball onto a half saltine cracker.
