🍽️ Cod with Orange Butter

Ingredients
- Cod, frozen 600 g
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Salt pinch
- Butter 100 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Let the cod thaw ideally overnight in the refrigerator. Rinse the orange thoroughly, grate about 1 tsp of peel finely, halve it and squeeze out the juice. Rinse the cod, pat dry with kitchen paper, salt and season with 2 tbsp orange juice.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the orange peel, 2 tsp orange juice, salt and pepper well.
- 3. Grill the cod on the hot grill in a dish for about 5 minutes. Place some pieces of the orange butter on top and let it melt briefly. Serve the cod with the orange butter. Enjoy your meal! Tip: The cod can also be prepared in a pan.
