Ingredients
- sugar 20 g
- water 20 ml
- lemons 0.5 pcs
- whisky 50 ml
- ice cubes 50 g
- carbonated water 100 ml
Instructions
- 1. Bring sugar and water in a pot to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then let cool.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Add whisky, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar syrup and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a glass, top with sparkling water and enjoy. Cheers!
