  1. 1. Bring sugar and water in a pot to a boil until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then let cool.
  2. 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  3. 3. Add whisky, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar syrup and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a glass, top with sparkling water and enjoy. Cheers!
