  3. 3. Stir in one teaspoon of sugar.
  4. 4. Let the mixture stand covered for about ten minutes.
  5. 5. Pour the yeast milk into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add 60 grams of soft butter.
  7. 7. Add the eggs.
  8. 8. Mix everything with the flour.
  9. 9. Add 70 grams of sugar.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
  11. 11. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  12. 12. Let the dough rise in a warm place, covered, for about one hour.
  13. 13. The dough should double in size.
  14. 14. Mix the remaining butter in a small bowl with vanilla sugar.
  15. 15. Wash the blackberries thoroughly.
  16. 16. Carefully remove the berries from the stems.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan mode.
  18. 18. Knead the risen dough briefly again.
  19. 19. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  20. 20. Roll the dough out into a rectangle of about 40 by 50 centimeters.
  21. 21. Spread the vanilla butter evenly over the dough surface.
  22. 22. Cut the dough lengthwise into four strips.
  23. 23. Each strip should be about ten centimeters wide.
  24. 24. Cut the strips crosswise into pieces about eight centimeters in size.
