Ingredients
- walnut kernels 30 g
- raspberries, fresh 150 g
- blueberries, fresh 150 g
- bananas 2 pcs.
- yogurt, plain 600 g
- chia seeds 30 g
- pumpkin seeds 30 g
- oat flakes, fine 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the berries.
- 3. Divide the washed berries into two equal portions.
- 4. Place the first portion of berries into a tall container.
- 5. Place the second portion of berries into a separate bowl.
- 6. Peel the bananas.
- 7. Slice the bananas into thin rounds.
- 8. Add the yogurt to the berry portion in the tall container.
- 9. Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
- 10. Evenly distribute the creamy berry yogurt onto four bowls.
- 11. Top the bowls with the remaining berries.
- 12. Arrange the banana slices on top.
- 13. Sprinkle chia seeds over the top.
- 14. Add pumpkin seeds.
- 15. Sprinkle oat flakes over the top.
- 16. Scatter the chopped walnuts over the top.
- 17. Serve the breakfast immediately.
