  2. 2. Carefully cut out the grapefruit segments and catch the released juice in a bowl.
  3. 3. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water and remove the green stems.
  4. 4. Cut the washed strawberries into four equal quarters.
  5. 5. Wash the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the stem and seeds.
  6. 6. Cut the apple flesh into small, even cubes.
  7. 7. Place the grapefruit segments, strawberry quarters, and apple cubes into a large mixing bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the collected grapefruit juice and the honey over the fruits.
  9. 9. Gently mix everything until the fruits are evenly coated with the juice and honey.
  10. 10. Divide the fruit salad evenly onto small serving plates or bowls.
  11. 11. Sprinkle each portion with almonds.
