🍰 Grapefruit Fruit Salad with Yogurt

Ingredients
- Grapefruit 2 pcs.
- Strawberries 500 g
- Apples, red 1 pcs.
- Honey 1 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 500 g
- Almonds, sliced 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Use a sharp knife to completely remove the white pith and membranes from the grapefruits.
- 2. Carefully cut out the grapefruit segments and catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water and remove the green stems.
- 4. Cut the washed strawberries into four equal quarters.
- 5. Wash the apple, cut it into quarters, and remove the stem and seeds.
- 6. Cut the apple flesh into small, even cubes.
- 7. Place the grapefruit segments, strawberry quarters, and apple cubes into a large mixing bowl.
- 8. Pour the collected grapefruit juice and the honey over the fruits.
- 9. Gently mix everything until the fruits are evenly coated with the juice and honey.
- 10. Divide the fruit salad evenly onto small serving plates or bowls.
- 11. Sprinkle each portion with almonds.
- 12. Serve the salad with a cup of yogurt and enjoy your meal!
