Ingredients
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Yogurt, plain 4 tbsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Pumpkin seed oil 1 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with 2 tbsp. lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the pumpkin seed oil. Just before serving, gently mix with green salad leaves or a mixed salad. Enjoy your meal!
