🍰 Yogurt Ice Cream with Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- Greek-style cream yogurt 600 g
- sugar 90 g
- vanilla sugar 20 g
- cocoa powder 50 g
- butter cookies 100 g
- strawberries 500 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt well with sugar, vanilla sugar, and cocoa powder until the sugar is dissolved. Then place it in the freezer compartment for about 1 hour.
- 2. Crumble the cookies roughly. Stir the slightly frozen yogurt and fold in the butter cookies. Leave it in the freezer compartment for another approx. 2 hours, stirring gently with a fork every 30 minutes to reduce ice crystals.
- 3. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into small pieces. Divide them among dessert plates and serve the yogurt ice cream with the butter cookies. Enjoy your meal!
