🍽️ Fresh Yoghurt Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- lemons 1 pc.
- parsley, fresh 5 g
- yogurt, plain 10 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon under running water.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of the lemon zest.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 5. Wash the parsley thoroughly.
- 6. Remove the thick, coarse stems from the parsley.
- 7. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 8. Place the yoghurt in a bowl.
- 9. Add the chopped parsley to the yoghurt.
- 10. Add the lemon juice to the bowl.
- 11. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
- 12. Stir all ingredients in the bowl well.
- 13. Season the dressing with salt to taste.
- 14. Season the dressing with pepper to taste.
- 15. Pour the finished dressing over your salad.
- 16. Store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
