  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the orange thoroughly.
  3. 3. Grate about one teaspoon of the orange zest.
  4. 4. Peel the clementines completely using a sharp knife.
  5. 5. Remove the white inner pith as well.
  6. 6. Cut the fruit segments out of the membranes with V-shaped cuts.
  7. 7. Take a large bowl.
  8. 8. Mix the yogurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and oil in it.
  9. 9. Beat the eggs into the yogurt mixture.
  10. 10. Add the flour, baking powder, and the grated orange zest.
  11. 11. Stir all ingredients well.
  12. 12. Gently fold the clementine segments into the batter.
  13. 13. Grease a loaf pan with butter.
  14. 14. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  15. 15. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes.
  16. 16. Cover the cake with aluminum foil after 30 minutes.
  17. 17. Let the cake cool on a wire rack.
  18. 18. Remove the cake from the pan.
  19. 19. Dust it with powdered sugar.
  20. 20. Serve the cake and enjoy it.
