🥤 Warming Apple-Ginger Tea

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 20 g
- apple juice 1 L
- brown sugar 3 tbsp
- cinnamon stick 2 pcs
- star anise 3 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the ginger thoroughly.
- 2. Slice the ginger into thin rounds.
- 3. Place the apple juice, sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise, and ginger slices into a pot.
- 4. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the tea steep for about one hour.
- 7. Warm the tea up again slightly.
- 8. Pour the juice through a sieve into your glasses.
- 9. Top up with Jagertee.
- 10. Enjoy your tea.
