🍽️ Fresh Italian Green Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- basil, fresh 15 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
- garlic cloves 2 pcs
- capers 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 2. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
- 3. Carefully pluck the leaves off the tough stems.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
- 5. Chop the garlic into coarse pieces.
- 6. Drain the capers in a sieve to remove the liquid.
- 7. Place the prepared herbs, chopped garlic, and capers into a tall blending jar.
- 8. Add the mustard and vinegar to the ingredients in the jar.
- 9. Blend the mixture finely until it has a uniform consistency.
- 10. Stir the olive oil slowly into the puree mixture.
- 11. Season the sauce finally with salt and pepper to taste.
- 12. Serve the finished Salsa Verde with dark meat or pasta.
