🍽️ Fresh Italian Bean Salad

Ingredients
- Sea salt pinch
- Green beans 500 g
- Basil, fresh 30 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc.
- Olive oil 3 tbsp
- Light balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
- Honey 1 tsp
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Mini romaine 2 pc.
- parmesan 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Bring about 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot.
- 2. Wash the beans thoroughly and trim off the ends.
- 3. Cook the beans in the boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 4. Drain the beans and rinse them under cold water.
- 5. Let the beans drain well.
- 6. Wash the basil thoroughly and shake it dry.
- 7. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 8. Halve the onion, peel it, and dice it finely.
- 9. Combine the basil and onion cubes in a bowl with oil, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- 10. Add the beans to the marinade and mix everything well.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 12. Wash the mini romaine, tear it into pieces, and spin it dry.
- 13. Fold the tomatoes and romaine into the salad.
- 14. Shave the Parmesan into thin strips using a vegetable peeler.
- 15. Garnish the salad with the Parmesan strips and serve it.
