  1. 1. Cut the bread into 12 slices and spread a thin layer of pesto on each. Drain the mozzarella and slice it. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Rinse the basil, dry it, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Wash the arugula and spin it dry.
  2. 2. Top 4 slices of bread each with mozzarella and either salami or prosciutto. Sprinkle with parmesan. Garnish the breads with tomatoes, arugula, and basil, then serve. Enjoy your meal!
