Ingredients
- Whisky 45 ml
- Agave syrup 2 tbsp
- Whipping cream 100 ml
- Espresso 60 ml
Instructions
- 1. Pour the whiskey into a tall longdrink glass.
- 2. Add the agave nectar.
- 3. Stir the mixture well until the syrup is dissolved.
- 4. Pour the hot espresso over the whiskey.
- 5. Whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with beaters until almost stiff.
- 6. Carefully spoon the whipped cream over the back of a spoon into the glass so that it floats on top.
