  2. 2. Add the agave nectar.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture well until the syrup is dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the hot espresso over the whiskey.
  5. 5. Whip the cream in a tall container using a hand mixer with beaters until almost stiff.
  6. 6. Carefully spoon the whipped cream over the back of a spoon into the glass so that it floats on top.
