  2. 2. Cut the ginger into coarse pieces.
  3. 3. Add the ginger, 100 g of almonds, lemon paste, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the apricots in the blender.
  4. 4. Blend all ingredients into a mixture.
  5. 5. Add 90 g of oat flakes and two-thirds of the coconut flakes.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture only briefly.
  7. 7. Take the mixture out of the blender and put it into a large bowl.
  8. 8. Knead the mixture well.
  9. 9. Form about 20 balls from it.
  10. 10. Put the remaining coconut flakes onto a plate.
  11. 11. Roll the balls in the coconut flakes.
  12. 12. Put the dates and the espresso into the blender.
  13. 13. Crush the dates with the espresso.
  14. 14. Add tonka paste, hazelnuts, and 100 g of almonds.
  15. 15. Blend all ingredients.
  16. 16. Add 90 g of oat flakes.
  17. 17. Blend the mixture only briefly.
  18. 18. Take the mixture out of the blender and put it into a large bowl.
  19. 19. Knead the mixture well.
  20. 20. Form about 20 balls from it.
  21. 21. Spread cocoa powder onto a plate.
  22. 22. Roll the balls in the cocoa powder.
