Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 100 g
- oranges 5 pcs.
- lemons 1 pc.
- turmeric, ground 1 tsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and grate it finely. Then halve the oranges and the lemon and squeeze out the juice. In a bowl, mix the ginger, the juice, and the turmeric with a pinch of pepper well until the turmeric is completely dissolved.
- 2. Strain the ginger shot through a sieve and fill it into a bottle or enjoy it directly. Cheers! Tip: The ginger shot stays fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week. It is ideal to drink it in the morning instead of coffee to wake up quickly. Additionally, it boosts the immune system.
