🥤 Fresh Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 5 g
- brown sugar 1 tsp
- water 50 ml
- lemons 1 pc.
- ice cubes 5 tbsp
- mineral water, classic 200 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger.
- 2. Grate the ginger finely.
- 3. Put brown sugar, water, and the grated ginger into a pot.
- 4. Heat the mixture on medium heat until it boils.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the mixture cool down.
- 7. Wash the lemon.
- 8. Slice the lemon into rounds.
- 9. Pour the cooled ginger syrup through a sieve into a glass.
- 10. Add the lemon slices to the glass.
- 11. Add ice cubes to the glass.
- 12. Top up with mineral water.
- 13. Serve the lemonade.
