🍽️ Ginger Shrimp with Fruits

Ingredients
- shrimp raw, frozen 500 g
- ginger, fresh 20 g
- organic limes 1 pc.
- honey 2 tsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- mango 2 pc.
- persimmon 2 pc.
- mini romaine 2 pc.
- oil 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. If necessary, thaw the shrimp in the refrigerator overnight.
- 2. Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the ginger and finely chop it.
- 4. Cut the lime in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 5. In a bowl, mix the lime juice with honey, soy sauce, and the chopped ginger.
- 6. Add the shrimp to the marinade and set the bowl aside.
- 7. Peel the mango and cut the flesh from the pit.
- 8. Dice the mango flesh.
- 9. Wash the persimmon and cut it into quarters.
- 10. Remove the stem from the persimmon quarters and slice them into wedges.
- 11. Separate the salad leaves from the head.
- 12. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Wash the torn salad leaves.
- 14. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.
- 15. Remove the shrimp from the marinade.
- 16. Sauté the shrimp for about 3 minutes.
- 17. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper while frying.
- 18. Add the mango and persimmon pieces to the pan.
- 19. Deglaze the pan with the remaining marinade.
- 20. Toss the ingredients in the pan for about 1 minute.
- 21. Arrange the salad on the plates.
- 22. Top the salad with the shrimp, fruits, and sauce.
- 23. Serve the dish and enjoy your meal.
