Ingredients
- cumin seeds, whole 0.5 tsp
- cinnamon stick 0.5 pc.
- cloves 1 tsp
- pepper, mixed 1 tbsp
- sea salt 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Place a pan over medium heat and toast cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, and cloves for about 3–4 minutes.
- 2. Grind the spices finely in a food processor or with a mortar and pestle. Then mix the ground spices with salt and transfer the spice salt into a jar or spice grinder. Enjoy your meal!
