🍽️ Indian Turkey Skewers with Curry Yogurt

Ingredients
- mint, fresh 20 g
- organic limes 1 pc
- yogurt, plain 300 g
- curry powder 2 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- turkey breast fillet 600 g
- bananas 2 pcs
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the mint under running water.
- 2. Dry the mint with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 4. Chop the mint leaves finely.
- 5. Cut a lime in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 7. Put yogurt, lime juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper into a bowl.
- 8. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 9. Rinse the turkey breast under cold water.
- 10. Pat the turkey breast dry with kitchen paper.
- 11. Cut the turkey breast into coarse cubes.
- 12. Put the turkey cubes and half of the curry-yogurt mixture into a freezer bag.
- 13. Seal the freezer bag.
- 14. Shake the bag well so the cubes are marinated.
- 15. Let the turkey cubes marinate in the bag for about 30 minutes.
- 16. Place the wooden skewers in a bowl of cold water.
- 17. Soak the skewers so they do not burn while grilling.
- 18. Wash the bananas under running water.
- 19. Cut the bananas with peel into slices about 2 cm thick.
- 20. Cut the banana slices diagonally.
- 21. Thread the marinated turkey pieces alternately with the banana slices onto the wooden skewers.
- 22. Place the skewers on an aluminum grilling tray or directly on the hot grill.
- 23. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes.
- 24. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
- 25. Serve the finished skewers with the remaining curry yogurt.
