Ingredients
- carrots 8 pcs.
- kohlrabi 1 pc.
- pepper, red 1 pc.
- pepper, yellow 1 pc.
- cucumber 1 pc.
- hummus 400 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the carrots and the kohlrabi.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the tough stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 5. Cut the carrots, kohlrabi, and cucumber into long, thin sticks.
- 6. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 7. Arrange the finished vegetable sticks on a plate.
- 8. Serve the vegetable sticks together with the hummus.
