🍽️ Creamy Hummus Made with White Beans and Sesame

Ingredients
- white beans in the can 400 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sesame, roasted 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Pour the white beans into a colander and rinse them under cold water.
- 2. Let the beans drain well in the colander.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Press the garlic through a press or grate it finely.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Place the drained beans, garlic, and one tablespoon of lemon juice into a tall container.
- 8. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 9. Slowly drizzle four tablespoons of olive oil into the mixture while blending.
- 10. Continue mixing until a fine and homogeneous paste forms.
- 11. Season the hummus with salt and pepper.
- 12. Add a little more lemon juice to taste and check the flavor.
- 13. Transfer the hummus into a serving bowl.
- 14. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the hummus.
- 15. Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the top.
- 16. Serve the hummus immediately.
