🍲 Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
- vegetable broth 2 L
- chicken breast fillets 400 g
- broccoli 1 pc.
- soup vegetables 1 bunch
- soup noodles 300 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Bring the vegetable broth to a boil in a pot. Rinse the chicken under water, pat dry, and place it in the bubbling broth. Cook for about 4 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat and let the meat rest under a lid for another 10 minutes.
- 2. Wash the broccoli, drain, and cut it into florets about 1 cm in size. Clean the soup vegetables, peel if necessary, and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Remove the chicken from the broth, add the vegetables and noodles, and bring to a boil again. Cook the vegetables and noodles al dente for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Place the chicken on a plate and shred it into pieces using two forks. Add the shredded chicken to the soup, season with salt and pepper, and serve in bowls. Enjoy your meal!
