  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top/bottom heat). Wash the cherry tomatoes. Core the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, and cut them into cubes. Rinse the chicken drumsticks, pat them dry, and season them generously with salt. Wash the thyme and shake it dry.
  2. 2. Mix the thyme, olives, and vegetables with oil and salt in a baking dish. Place the chicken drumsticks on top of the vegetables and cook everything in the oven for about 25 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, wash the basil, shake it dry, pluck off the leaves, and chop them roughly. Plate the chicken and vegetables, sprinkle with the basil, and serve immediately. Enjoy your meal!
