🥤 Hot Ginger Coffee

Ingredients
- ginger, fresh 20 g
- water 800 ml
- coffee 4 tbsp
- whipping cream 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces. Bring the water to a boil in a pot and simmer for about 3 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Bring the ginger water to a boil again and use it to brew the coffee.
- 3. In a bowl, whip the cream stiffly with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment.
- 4. Distribute the hot ginger coffee among 4 cups. Top with cream and serve immediately with sugar. Cheers!
