🥤 Hot Gin Drink with Sea Buckthorn

Ingredients
- Grapefruit 1 pc.
- Pomegranate 0.25 pc.
- Maplesyrup 10 ml
- Placeholder 20 ml
- Gin 30 ml
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruit in half.
- 2. Squeeze the grapefruit halves to extract the juice.
- 3. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
- 4. Pour 140 ml of grapefruit juice into a small saucepan.
- 5. Add 20 g of pomegranate seeds to the juice in the saucepan.
- 6. Add maple syrup to the mixture to taste.
- 7. Heat the mixture in the saucepan until it boils.
- 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat to stop boiling.
- 9. Pour sea buckthorn liqueur into the warm mixture.
- 10. Pour gin into the mixture.
- 11. Pour the hot drink into a drinking glass.
- 12. Cut a slice from the grapefruit for decoration.
- 13. Place the grapefruit slice into the glass.
- 14. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds as garnish on the drink.
- 15. Enjoy your warm cocktail!
