🍽️ Hot Dog with Guacamole and Nachos

Ingredients
- Vienna sausages 4 pcs.
- Avocado 1 pcs.
- Garlic cloves 0.5 pcs.
- Organic limes 1 pcs.
- Vine tomatoes 1 pcs.
- Nachos 30 g
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Hot dog buns 4 pcs.
- Fried onions 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Reduce the heat and place the sausages into the hot water.
- 3. Let the sausages warm up in the water for about ten minutes.
- 4. Cut the avocado open and remove the pit.
- 5. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 7. Wash the lime thoroughly.
- 8. Cut the lime in half.
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 10. Wash the tomato.
- 11. Cut the tomato into four quarters.
- 12. Remove the inside and seeds of the tomato.
- 13. Dice the remaining tomato flesh finely.
- 14. Place the nachos into a freezer bag.
- 15. Crush the nachos slightly in the bag.
- 16. Place the avocado flesh into a bowl.
- 17. Mash the avocado with a fork.
- 18. Add the chopped garlic to the avocado.
- 19. Season the mixture with salt.
- 20. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 21. Add the lime juice to the avocado mixture.
- 22. Warm the buns in the oven as desired.
- 23. Cut the buns lengthwise.
- 24. Spread the guacamole onto the buns.
- 25. Place the warm sausages into the buns.
- 26. Top the hot dogs with the diced tomatoes.
- 27. Sprinkle the hot dogs with fried onions.
- 28. Add the crushed nachos as a topping.
- 29. Serve the hot dogs immediately.
