  1. 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. 2. Reduce the heat and place the sausages into the hot water.
  3. 3. Let the sausages warm up in the water for about ten minutes.
  4. 4. Cut the avocado open and remove the pit.
  5. 5. Carefully scoop the avocado flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  7. 7. Wash the lime thoroughly.
  8. 8. Cut the lime in half.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
  10. 10. Wash the tomato.
  11. 11. Cut the tomato into four quarters.
  12. 12. Remove the inside and seeds of the tomato.
  13. 13. Dice the remaining tomato flesh finely.
  14. 14. Place the nachos into a freezer bag.
  15. 15. Crush the nachos slightly in the bag.
  16. 16. Place the avocado flesh into a bowl.
  17. 17. Mash the avocado with a fork.
  18. 18. Add the chopped garlic to the avocado.
  19. 19. Season the mixture with salt.
  20. 20. Season the mixture with pepper.
  21. 21. Add the lime juice to the avocado mixture.
  22. 22. Warm the buns in the oven as desired.
  23. 23. Cut the buns lengthwise.
  24. 24. Spread the guacamole onto the buns.
  25. 25. Place the warm sausages into the buns.
  26. 26. Top the hot dogs with the diced tomatoes.
  27. 27. Sprinkle the hot dogs with fried onions.
  28. 28. Add the crushed nachos as a topping.
  29. 29. Serve the hot dogs immediately.
