Ingredients
- milk 1 L
- brown sugar 40 g
- cinnamon 16 g
- pepper, white ground pinch
- nutmeg, ground 0.25 tsp
- cardamom, ground 0.25 tsp
- coriander, ground 0.25 g
- white rum 80 ml
Instructions
- 1. In a pot, bring milk, sugar, and spices to a boil, then let steep over low heat for approx. 10 minutes. Then strain through a sieve, warm up again, and whip until frothy.
- 2. Fill into 4 glasses and add 20 ml of rum to each. Serve with a cinnamon stick to stir. Cheers! Tip: For kids, the spiced milk tastes excellent even without rum.
