🥤 Refreshing Honeydew Mint Iced Tea

Ingredients
- water 1 L
- lemons 1 pc.
- mint, fresh 25 g
- black tea 1 pc.
- honey 5 tbsp
- honeydew melon 500 g
- ice cubes 8 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and shake them dry.
- 4. Add the tea bag and 6 mint stems to the hot pot.
- 5. Let the tea steep on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Strain the tea into a bowl using a sieve.
- 7. Stir the honey and lemon juice well into the tea.
- 8. Place the bowl in the refrigerator until the tea has cooled down.
- 9. Cut the honeydew melon in half and remove the seeds.
- 10. Scoop the flesh into balls or cut it into cubes.
- 11. Pluck the leaves from the remaining mint stems.
- 12. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 13. Add the melon pieces and mint strips to the cold tea.
- 14. Fill ice cubes into the glasses.
- 15. Pour the finished iced tea over the ice.
