  1. 1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, and honey in a bowl.
  2. 2. Add cold butter and one egg.
  3. 3. Knead the ingredients by hand until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  5. 5. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (top and bottom heat).
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Lightly dust a work surface with flour.
  9. 9. Roll out the dough on the floured surface to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  10. 10. Cut out the cookies using a cookie cutter.
  11. 11. Place the cookies on the baking tray with some space between them.
  12. 12. Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes until lightly brown.
  13. 13. Carefully remove the cookies from the oven.
  14. 14. Let the cookies cool down.
  15. 15. Squeeze one lemon.
  16. 16. Sift powdered sugar into a bowl.
  17. 17. Stir the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to make a thick glaze.
  18. 18. Color half of the sugar glaze red.
  19. 19. Put the glaze into a freezer bag.
  20. 20. Seal the bag.
  21. 21. Cut off a small corner of the bag.
  22. 22. Decorate the cookies artistically with the glaze.
  23. 23. Let the glaze dry.
  24. 24. Serve the cookies.
