Ingredients
- mustard 1 tbsp
- honey 2 tbsp
- vinegar 2 tbsp
- olive oil 7 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Put mustard, honey, and vinegar into a bowl.
- 2. Whisk the ingredients together well.
- 3. Stir the oil into the mixture slowly in a thin stream.
- 4. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5. Pour the dressing over your salad.
- 6. Store the dressing in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
