  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
  2. 2. Place the noodles into a bowl.
  3. 3. Add one tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt to the noodles.
  4. 4. Mix everything well until the noodles are evenly coated.
  5. 5. Spread the noodles out flat on a baking sheet.
  6. 6. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water.
  7. 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Place the meat into the empty bowl.
  9. 9. Add honey and paprika powder.
  10. 10. Turn the meat until it is fully marinated.
  11. 11. Grease the oven rack with a little fat.
  12. 12. Place the chicken thighs on the rack.
  13. 13. Place the rack with the meat onto the baking sheet with the noodles.
  14. 14. Slide the tray into the center of the oven.
  15. 15. Bake everything for 25 to 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the tray when the meat is golden brown.
  17. 17. Rinse the thyme under running water.
  18. 18. Shake the leaves dry.
  19. 19. Wash the apple under running water.
  20. 20. Cut the apple into quarters lengthwise.
  21. 21. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  22. 22. Wash the pepper.
  23. 23. Cut the pepper into quarters lengthwise.
  24. 24. Remove the seeds and the white pith.
  25. 25. Cut the apple and pepper pieces into thin strips.
  26. 26. The strips should be about half a centimeter thick.
  27. 27. Cut the onion in half.
  28. 28. Remove the outer dry skin.
  29. 29. Cut the onion into thin strips as well.
  30. 30. Add three tablespoons of oil to a pot.
  31. 31. Heat the oil on medium heat.
  32. 32. Add the onions and sugar to the pot.
  33. 33. Fry the onions for two minutes.

  35. 35. Add the pepper strips and the thyme.

  44. 44. Place the meat and noodles on the plates.
  45. 45. Serve the warm vegetables alongside.
