🥤 Elderflower Mulled Wine

Ingredients
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Elderflower syrup 1 tbsp.
- Dry white wine 100 ml
- Water 100 ml
- Cinnamon 0.25 tsp.
- Brown sugar 1 tsp.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the orange thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the orange in half.
- 3. Cut two thin slices from the orange.
- 4. Squeeze the rest of the orange to get the juice.
- 5. Put elderflower syrup, orange juice, white wine, water, cinnamon, and sugar into a pot.
- 6. Heat the mixture slowly at low temperature.
- 7. Let the mixture steep for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Pour the mulled wine through a sieve into a punch glass.
- 9. Decorate the mulled wine with the orange slices.
- 10. Serve the mulled wine and cheers!
