  2. 2. Place the raspberries, vanilla sugar, and pectin sugar into a pot.
  3. 3. Heat the mixture on medium heat and bring it to a boil.
  4. 4. Let the jam simmer for about 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Take one teaspoon of the warm jam and place it on a cold plate.
  6. 6. Wait about 1 minute and check if the jam has set.
  7. 7. If it is still liquid, cook it for another 1 to 2 minutes and repeat the test.
  8. 8. Fill the hot jam immediately into four clean screw-top jars with a capacity of 250 milliliters each.
  9. 9. Seal the jars tightly.
  10. 10. Place the sealed jars upside down to let them cool.
  11. 11. Enjoy!
